South bay guys unwind at Tinker's Damn
One of the South Bay's longest-standing bars, Tinker's Damn features food, dancing and lots of new people to meet. One of the few gay bars outside of San Jose, its dancefloor gets packed on Friday and Saturday nights.

Totally new furniture...loveseats, easy chairs..very nice. Now the place is as nice as the staff and the regulars. Great parking, patio in back for smokers has tables and is totally blocked from the wind so always nice at night. Great drinks served up by cute and friendly bartenders. You don't have to stick with beer here. Try it again for the first time!

The only time to go to this place is when you are trying to change things up and then only on Fridays nights. Even then it's a hit or miss. I have seen a few good looking people but it is mostly Asians and old lifetime bar squatters. Kind of depressing really. The place needs a bit of a facelift as well. They do have a pool table which I guess is cool but I don't play much so it is not a big draw. As a whole the place is a bit sleezy as the sign by the door says, "maybe tonight" and it's placement between an adult bookstore and a novelty store indicates but if you go with a group it can be fun. Just don't expect much because then you won't be dissapointed.

I've only been coming for a few weeks, having just moved into the area. But these guys make me feel like I've been coming for years! And yes, they DO have a couple of really HOT bartenders.

The Place is clean! People are clean! The bartenders are HOT!! (most of them anyway)....It is conveniently located and whenever friends want to check out the town, I always tell them "check out TD's"

If you want a bar that is for serious drinking with decent people this is it. They pour very heavy and have some really cute bartenders. Friday nights rock.
Then there's the drag part. I know, I know, drag queens and all that, but you should see their third Sunday of the month show. Very professional and very entertaining.
